SO SEOUL WARRANTY Information

Warranty Coverage (3 Years): Discover peace of mind with SO SEOUL's comprehensive 3-year limited warranty, effective from the original purchase date. Our warranty encompasses manufacturing faults and covers the labor and parts for the replacement of the following components:

  • Diamond Simulant
  • Simulated Pearl
  • Small-sized crystals (3mm diameter or below)
  • Faulty clasps

Repair Service: Our skilled artisans are dedicated to preserving the integrity of your jewelry. In the rare event of a manufacturing fault, we commit to expertly repairing your jewelry. Our goal is to ensure your treasured piece continues to shine with its original brilliance.

Warranty Exclusions: Please note that our 3-year limited warranty does not extend to:

  • Broken Jewelry
  • Jewelry replating
  • Damage caused by excessive wear and tear
  • Accidental abuse
  • Loss or theft of your jewelry
